[Husker] Ohio State on Probationu

Vacating last years wins and putting themselves on their own 2 year
probation.  Yeah...ok...I guess.  What this is really all about is TV
appearances, bowls, and scholarships.  I wonder who monitors them while they
are on their own probation?  I guess they do.  They must also punish
themselves if they violate it I suppose.  NCAA is coming for them.
