What's truly sad about this was that if you had posted a list of
names and asked which of these had been coaches at Nebraska
in the past 10 years, I don't think I would have recognized
the name Phil Elmassian on it.

One of the things that made Tom Osborne such a great coach
was that he really spread the credit among his assistant
coaches, most of whom were fairly well known in Lincoln.  

As far as I can tell, Bo does that as well.
