[Husker] Nebraska-Texas Tech Saturday night t.v info

Stupid question - but isn't Nebraska basketball usually available in Nebraska? 

I always thought the games were always available on Fox Sports in the state. 

I'm thankful I have espn3.com - makes watching from out of state so much easier.
