Steve, I think Marvin Sanders is a good coach, I think the D backfield would 
go south if he left. Also I think Barney Cotton is a good coach as well, 
When he was the head coach at Hastings college he that program among the the 
top ten in the NAIA and almost won the national championship. And I think 
Ron Brown needs to be the receivers coach on the basis that when he held 
that position on Osborne's staff the receivers seemed to catch allot more 
balls.
