Not quite true.

Carl Pelini had never coached at Nebraska, nor had Tim Beck, though Tim
had worked with Carl at KSU.  Beck is also from Youngstown, Ohio, so Bo
may have known him from back then.

Mike Ekler had not played or coached at Nebraska either, though Bo had worked 
with him at LSU.  John Papuchis also came to NU from LSU.
