My statement was off the wall. It is more about perception than stats.  To
answer the question, progress on the O line would be measured by how they
dominated and I thought they were more dominant at the start than at the
end.  Maybe the opposition was better at the end??  Did the WR's run better
routes (get open) and drop fewer balls as the season progressed?  I don't
think so.  Did we develop new receivers to replace Paul & McNeil?  Not that
I can see.  Last and most obvious was the deterioration in the play of the
starting QB.  TM was T-Magic at the start of the season and Totally
Mystified at the end.
