That's not what I am saying at all.  I am saying that he has a 
mentor-teacher resource to use as he makes the decision.  If Watson 
stays I have to feel that Dr. Tom is on board with it.  That was not the 
case at all with Pederson.  He has shown his incompetence again at 
Pitt.  After the events that have happened since Pederson's hire at 
Nebraska continuing on to the events at Pitt, I can only conclude he was 
no help at all to any of the departments of Husker athletics.  The case 
is vastly different with Dr. Tom.  I think his door is open for all the 
coaches including Coach Bo and Coach Watson.
