I haven't seen a single comment on what the coaches think of what happened
this year. Have any of you? I think they have all crawled under a rock.
How about the experts (the sports media)? What are their thoughts?

I'll bet Osborne has very little to do with the X's and O's of the game and
I doubt that will change. Head coaches are guys with huge egos (they have
to be) and they are not likely to believe anyone would know more about the
game than they do.

After taking a few days to reflect on the Huskers and trying to analyze
all the issues involved in the season, I have to make some observations.

When people are comparing the Solich years to the Pelini years we often
forget that Solich had an idiot for an AD during the end (and some had
called Dollar Bill to a moron also). Solich probably did ride the
coaches that were in place when he took the helm too long. I still
think the end was a joke, but we can see how Peddy handles things as an
AD. Pelini and Watson have a great mentor, teacher and one of the
greatest minds in college football as an AD. Further, if there are
changes to the staff, it will come with a great deal of discussion with
Dr. Tom. I'm 100% sure that he has been in a position to know a lot
more than any of us on this board. I also trust Dr. Tom and Coach Bo to
make the right decisions for Husker football. Until they work through
the process, the offense we may have to settle for the offensive posts
by the trolls on this list.
