While I think Watson's Xs&Os playbook & play calling ability isn't where it should be, I really call into question player development, especially QBs. I see the defense and special teams get better overall week to week & month to month, but the offense just stagnates to gets worst.
Name one offensive player that in your opinion has been significantly/decently coached up to be better than they arrived.
