I suspect some of the listers would only consider it a splash hire if Bo 
himself were out.  I don't understand why anyone wants all the details 
of the changes.  I also don't think anything can be made of hires until 
the season is underway.  I have posted before that I can totally 
understand why the press is not on Bo's Valentine list.  I stand by my 
previous statements.  This all works out, and when the pieces fall we 
will know who is coaching which positions and were the team is headed.
