I couldn't access the link in question, but as one of the people involved in 
that site, I'm 99.9% positive that it's a satirical comedic piece by the alter 
ego of one of our fellow list members.  If it's authored by a guy named 
"Cobby"...well, then you know that it's a gag.

Ari Fleischer makes for a great gag because he's been previously been tasked 
with trying to clean up a couple disasters in terms of PR:  the Bush 
administration (huge, HUGE smiley, folks!) and the BCS.
