I had the opportunity to hear Scott talk at a Fellowship of Christian Athletes 
meeting years ago in Grand Island. It was an unbelievable talk for somebody that 
young, very passionate, funny, insightful. He is extremely smart, physicially 
gifted,  and experienced playing on the offense and defensive sides of the ball,  
He has learned from the best. As far as coordinator experience, nobody has any 
until they get their first job. Plus he graduated from my high school : )
