More from Mitch Sherman's conversation with Larry Frost...

http://www.omaha.com/article/20110204/BIGRED/702049759

Larry Frost said Friday that his son would 'love to be on the staff' at
Nebraska. Scott Frost and Nebraska have communicated, Larry Frost said. Talks
appear to have slowed, though, according to multiple persons with knowledge of
the situation, over the level of position.

“If it were a coordinator job,” the elder Frost said, “ I think he would be
much more likely (to leave) than for a lateral move. That would be much more
enticing.”

...
"The dialogue between NU and Frost continues, Larry Frost said, as Scott
attempted recently to return a call to Lincoln. "

No...because Frost wasn't an assistant coach at K-State, but rather a grad
assistant. But I also have miscounted Frost's background, as he spent 2 years at

Northern Iowa...giving him 4 years of coaching experience.
