[Husker] Coaching Changes

Steve Sipple seems to be running with this. He reported tonight that two 
sources recently told him Sanders faces "disciplinary action by the 
school for a nonfootball issue." TO supposedly told Sipple he had no 
information about it.

He also has heard talk that Pelini is looking at Houston OC Jason 
Phillips and has approached Scott Frost about joining the staff. Note 
that Frost is currently the receivers coach at Oregon.
