If all the "major" (ie, automatic BCS) conferences engaged agreements like this (ie, with the other automatic-BCS conferences , would that just make being a member of a non-BCS conference that much less attractive?  meaning, less opportunity for a Wyoming to play a Nebraska, since there wouldn't be any space on the schedule. 

Or, how soon until we have another 'tier' of teams?
