My concern is that if UCLA and USC are on the rotation anyway, would an 
'extra' home/home series against UCLA or USC ever happen?  Assuming
they only map out the cross-conference schedules 3-4 years in advance,
would several Big 10 schools having home/home series against Pac-12 schools
in 5-8 years screw up the next round of cross-conference scheduling?

That's why I remain less than excited until the details are all out,
when Jim Delany has shown a few more of his hole cards.
