Your right the B1G is a tough league. Just as the B1G collection of states is the key recruiting grounds. With the exception of Minn and Penn, 65% to 75%  of the players are from B1G states. Penn State and Minn are the exception as half of their players are from out of B1G territory. Looking at U of N, we dont have anyone from the B1G arena.  I went to school at Valporaiso, Ind and that state along with Ill are hot beds of highschool basketball. It is going to be very tough for UNL to recruit from that territory. 

This is a very fast, physical kind of play and we will have to make some stern adjustments. One of the remarks from Doc is that we are to timid in starting our offense and that has to change, big time. Yes its going to be a tough row to how.

I am looking forward to the women's opening game against Penn State. My gosh at team with this number of sophs, frosh and red frosh to be ranked is quite an achievement.

It was pretty apparent that we missed Diaz a bunch.  I think it would 
ave been a closer game.  I agree the B1O is going to be a tough 
onference this year.   I would hope we can get everyone back and 
ealthy for sure.
