According to this site, Nebraska had only # 10 class per Lemming
prior to 1995, a #5 class in 1995 and a #10 class in 1996.  (Was
Nebraska's 2005 class really the #1 class by Lemming?)

I know someone who is a former OWH sportswriter and a long-time fishing 
companion of Tom Osborne.  He says that the biggest change Osborne made
leading up to his final five years was to alter the defense, which started 
with a change in recruiting strategy in about 1988/89.
