[Husker] Recruiting

The coaches are putting forth all the effort that the recruiting
regulaions allow. High-caliber athletes with lots of options (and we
are targetting a lot of those!) Opften either commit very early (see:
Westerkamp) and wait until relatively late (see: Peat)
