[Husker] John Papuchis Promoted to Defensive Coordinator

Is recruiting coordinator anything more than keeping "the list" of who
was offered, who talked to who, and who is visiting when? While it's
certainly critical that a program which recruits nationally year-round
be organized, it sound like anyone with good organization skills could
be effective ... As opposed to an actual recruiter who needs charisma
more than anything. Of course I could totally misunderstand what the
coordinator does.
