[Husker] Husker Bo

It is the time of year for joy and thanksgiving.  That being said, I
recognize there are those on this list that would prefer Bo Pelini was not
coaching our Huskers for various reasons.

Two stories from Randy York about Bo caught my attention this week.
Granted this is directly from the Nebraska media department but facts are
facts.

The first one illustrates Bo is a father and cares about people.  The team
travels around to local hospitals every year and has done that since Bob
Devany.  Rex Burkhead took interest and developed a close bond with a
little 6 year old boy with brain cancer.  I think it started last year.  Bo
has been pretty tight allowing the media or anyone really access to
practice and the team.  But he opened practice to Jack Hoffman and his
family on Monday and its a really touching story the way the family and
team rally around and inspire one another.

Second, his record is remarkably good when you compare it to any of his
peers. Not to mention changing conferences and all of that jazz.  If you
don't want Bo, who would you want coaching our team?

As for me, I'm glad he's our coach and I support him.  I don't agree with
everything he does but there is no one I'd rather have coaching Nebraska.
And that includes Tom Osborne, Urban Meyer or Bob Stoops or anyone else.
