No, the articles says that 'well placed sources' SAY he talked to people
at Penn State.  Not quite the same thing.

Steve Sipple has it right:  Get used to annual (if not more frequent) speculation 
about BO and coaching vacancies.   Osborne got inquiries from other schools and 
the NFL for most of his tenure at Nebraska.

Now, what I have been told is that a lot of time initial inquiries are made through 
a third party, so that both the school and the coach can accurately deny that 
there was any contact between them.
