I think you are confusing Harvin for Peter Warrick, Harvin went to Florida and played in the late 90's there.

I can see that. But I remember back to the Florida State shoplifting
incident involving Percy Harvin, Lavernious Coles, and I think a few
others. I think Bowden either suspended or dismissed Coles, but Harvin
drew a lesser punishment. Bowden was very clear that it was because Harvin
had been an exemplary individual his entire time in the program. Bowden
addressed it head on and no one seemed to have a problem with his
decision. I remember listening to him explain it and it seemed ok to me.
But if BP layed down a "zero tolerance" policy, I think you guys are right
when you feel he should stick to it and has no wiggle room.
