[Husker] McKewon on Caputo

I would respectfully submit that decisions like these should be made based
on established team policies and the larger interests of the university
and community. The impact on a football game, even a bowl, should have
little if any role in the decision.  In that way I would not consider
Pellini to be "in a bind".

If the evidence points to DWI, this is a no brainer.
