At a private religious institution, religion (although not race) would
logically come into hiring decisions. No doubt Liberty employees sign
a code of conduct that's inline with the basic principles of Liberty's
worldview, although it's unlikely that employees are formally required
to consider Falwell the way Catholics regard the Pope ... That is, as
an infallible representative of the Faith. Thus, I'm sure Gill's
personal brand of Christianity should not be a problem even if it's
not precisely identical to Falwell's.
