[Husker] Ohio State gets waiver from NCAA on coaching limits

prep."  However, that is exactly the situation at OSU.  Fickel IS
the head coach (albeit interim), he is being replaced, and he is
working on bowl prep.  OSU replaced Tressel many months ago.
They've had months to get the coaching staff set and their current
head coach is staying on.  They just want to hire a new head coach
in addition to their current head coach and use some other extra
coaches to prepare for their bowl game and do recruiting.  Of
course, one might also note that cheating got them into whatever
the problem is with their coaching staff.
