[Husker] Ohio State gets waiver from NCAA on coaching limits

Didn't we get a waiver to allow Osborne to go out recruiting after he hired Bo? 

Since Bo was coaching LSU in the championship game, we asked for permission so we didn't miss out on the recruiting window. 

It doesn't seem to be anything special...
