[Husker] Ohio State gets waiver from NCAA on coaching limits

This is unbelievable - they are being rewarded for screwing up and firing a coach.  Can NE request the new defensive coordinator do the same??

Having both an outgoing and incoming coaching staff, plus an upcoming
owl game, Ohio State has applied for and received a waiver from the 
CAA on the maximum number of coaches on staff, though apparently the 
imits on the number of coaches working on bowl game preparation and 
n recruiting are each being followed separately.
