I think this is a great hire.  With Mangino (well over 300 lbs), they
did well, and made conference championships.  Fired him and hired
Turner Gill (looking like he could still play QB), and literally went
toes-up in the Big 12(10) North.  Now, hiring Weiss, they've got their
fat man back!!  The sky's the limit for them now!!
