If I'm Bo and know Defense and have the background he does. I name myself
Head Coach and Defensive coordinator - much like Osborne did as head coach
and offensive coordinator. I don't have to supplement my brother or anyone
elses title/resume to get more money. I'd then go hire a tireless/top
notch recruiter and/or promote a current graduate assistant or someone I
know well. Bo has a proven track record of training good coaches ala
Papachus and Ekeler and now possibly Corey Raymond.

(It's my opinion Bo needs to be more involved in the defense than what
appeared to be the case this year anyway. I hardly ever saw him interact
with the defense during timeouts or otherwise).

I'd assume if Bo doesn't promote one of his defensive graduate assistants
now he will lose them to Carl. I'm guessing either TJ Hollowel goes with
Carl or becomes the next assistant coach at Nebraska.
