For what it's worth, for Comcast in Bloomington, Indiana the BTN 
Gamefinder lists:

3:30 PM (ET) / 2:30 PM (CT)
ARKANSAS STATE VS. ILLINOIS:  channel 64 or 958 (HD)
CHATTANOOGA VS. NEBRASKA:  channel 692

...and the Comcast listing says:

Saturday, Sep 03 2011
3:30p	Upcoming: Big Ten Football - 692 BTFB1

listings.
