[Husker] Texas A&M notifies Big XII it is thinking of leaving

A&M has asked the Big XII to clarify what the steps would be for it
to leave the Big XII conference.  

It hasn't said it is leaving--yet.

With the SEC and Big Ten both standing pat (for now), not sure if
this is the start of anything yet, it'll be interesting to see if
if the Big XII reacts calmly, with hostility, or out and out panic.


On a lesser note, Appalachian State has said that it wants to move
up to the Football Bowl Subdivision, if they can find a conference to
join.  They've also booked a return to the Big House in 2014, site of 
their biggest ever victory.
