The last time I checked, the I-80 and I-480 bridges were open, but not 
the I-680 bridge or the next several north of that, and I think
the next bridge open south of Omaha is near Kansas City.

I-29 is still closed in several places.  

Husker fans heading to Lincoln from South Dakota, Iowa or Missouri for 
the season opener on September 3rd are going to have to verify their 
usual routes.  Even those coming from Kansas may have to plan for 
heavier traffic due to other routes being closed.

It may be next year before I-29 is fully reopened, and I suspect some
of the bridges will need a lot of repair too.

The Army Corps of Engineers doesn't expect Missouri River levels to
be back to normal until mid-September, and any heavy rainfalls up
north could delay that even further.  

There is still a lot of road work going on in Lincoln, too, some of it
looks like it might not be wrapped up until well into football season.
