It may be that the "no invitation" has to do with concerns over
litigation or delaying the decision for a 14th team or some other
reason, but doesn't all of this make Jim Delaney look like a pro?  Why
would the SEC have a meeting with such public expectations and then do
nothing?  Shouldn't the conference chief be able to count heads before
wading into such a meeting?
