I would like that too...but I also know that Nebraska is only looking for home games for those seasons. Like it or not, Nebraska's budget depends on seven home games a season, which means three non-conference home games. I don't think any of our former Big Eight brethren (except possibly Colorado) are interested in playing in Lincoln without a return trip. And that's not something that Nebraska can offer, I believe.

I hope that NU looks for some games against old Big 8 schools, esp. the
former Big 12 North teams that are near to Nebraska's borders.  Kansas
seems to have an open date on 9/15/2012, the date that NU just announced
against Arkansas St.  Iowa St appears to have an open date on 9/22/2012,
a date that NU has open.
