Yep, I did go back and reread that article, especially after the responses
to my posts, and after listening to some of the comments today on
Unsportsmanlike Conduct. I agree - Tom did ask if they were *going* to be
jobbed. An indication of future action. I was wrong.

The UC guys just mentioned that Tom Shatel clarified his remarks on his
online chat today. He said he asked the question, but Bo didn't give him
any details. Tom speculated that it was either a point early in the game
where words were exchanged over calls and the remark was a smart-assed
response by an official. Or, an official simply told Bo he wasn't getting
any calls to go his way. The UC guys figured it was likely the former
situation - a smart-assed remark to a coach who is giving the officials
considerable grief.

I still don't believe that the B1G commissioner cares much at all about what
happened last year in the Big XII(-II). But I guess we'll see how he reacts
to things that happen this year. Let's hope we don't see anything like that
again this year.
