Jared Crick is out until the summer after suffering a knee injury during spring practice. But apparently there is so much depth at the DT position, the coaches are having trouble making sure everyone gets enough reps.

Martinez said his right ankle is better. He also says he likes the offense introduced by Tim Beck and said it's similar to what he ran in high school. "I was hoping if coach Watson left that someone would bring a no-huddle offense just like our offense in high school."
The tempo is faster, he said. Play calls come sooner. He thinks that suits him. Once he gets it down, he said, "it'll be really good."
That old burst is coming back, too. Burkhead said Martinez is finishing plays as he did before the injury.
"He's looking great," Burkhead said. "It's great seeing him healthy and back to his acceleration."
