I'm not feeling the arrogance in the nickname...either "magic" or "Tmagic". I just think they are both dumb, regardless of who thought it up or whether Taylor embraces it or not. I thought so when Earvin Johnson used it, but it does work better for basketball than football. Tmagic. Dumb name. Sounds like grade school. The poster who was talking about real nicknames was right. Like "Oil Can" Boyd in baseball (even though he is crazy) or "Dreamer" Tatum from the book "Semi-Tough". Same author wrote the funniest book ever about college football "Life it's Ownself".
