Yes.  $1.255 will come from 2009-10 revenue that still has yet to be paid to 
Nebraska (and now won't be), and $8 million from 2010-11 revenue.

That's the way I read it too. The settlement gets knocked down another $500k if 
NU is one of two Big 12 schools in a BCS bowl.
