[Husker] Nebraska Agrees to $9.255 million settlement with Big XII

Did I misinterpret this?  Isn't it saying the big 12 will withold 9.255
million from the estimated $19 million we would get for the last TWO years
of participation?

So, in other words, its roughly 1 year's worth of revenue.
