[Husker] Nebraska Agrees to $9.255 million settlement with Big XII

Good.  An agreement is in place and both sides are publicly in sync and it's in place to leave on good terms with as little pain as possible.  What's being said in private might be something else, but it's over.  10 rocks is a lot of coin though.
