I've seen at least three occasions where a defensive lineman's helmet has flown off and now comes the first hands to the face call.

It's nice the refs are going to call facemasks on the offensive linemen (that happen almost every play in football games) but they had also better call it when defenders go upstairs on the qb (like they missed on the Martinez scramble)
