There's a full page article on Washington Huskies QB Jake Locker in USA Today.  Some scouts had him as a possible No. 1 NFL draft pick last April.  He received $250,000 bonus from the Anaheim Angels.  They have the rights to him through 2015. (Pro players in one sport can still maintain their college eligibility in another sport).  He had pins removed last spring from surgery for a broken thumb. He is 9-21 at Washington.
