The athletic department has announced that the South Dakota State game will kick off at 6:07 pm and will be another $39.95 Pay-per-View broadcast.

If the SDSU game actually ends up being a PPV game (which I just can't see justification for) then kickoff will be at either 11:37 AM or 6:07 PM CT. If the game is not televised in any manner then kick off will likely be either 12:30 or 1:00 PM. We should get some indication on this game by early next week.
