Guerin Austin, the actress in the commerical, was interviewed on KOZN-1620 
AM
Tuesday morning. She didn't watch, but her cell phone filled up with text
messages, followed by a phone call from someone at Ticket Express on Sunday.
Seems that somebody at Fox screwed up (nooooo way, they run such a high 
quality
operation! :-) and the commercials for the broadcast didn't rotate from 
break to
break.

So while you can blame Ticket Express for ticket prices on the secondary
market...they had no plans to saturate the broadcast with their commerical. 
It
was a Fox-up.

Do they realize that while they never had me as a customer before, their
chances of that happening is even slimmer now?
