I pesonally believe that Zac Lee will be the starting QB tomorrow......if they are as close as the reports say then I believe that Bo will go with the guy with the most experience and that is Lee. JMO.

Kathy, I don't know about these savior and bum labels.  Last year, Zac Lee was not very good, particularly against non-Sunbelt conference competition.  But I don't remember anyone saying he was a bum, he just wasn't very good.  If your guy isn't effective, and you've got another guy who you don't know about yet, then nothing wrong with giving him a try and that's what our coaches did.  I was glad they did. (We all remember Joe Ganz sitting the bench while Sam Keller, who wasn't very good, played.)  But I don't remember anyone saying he was going to be a savior.  He turned out to be worse than Zac, so they went back.

This whole idea of "the backup qb is the most popular guy on the team" cliche is overdone.  If your qb isn't very good, try another.  If he turns out to be better, play him.  If he turns out to be worse, don't.
