Yes. Computer ratings don't care about head-to-head. Missouri's loss
to Nebraska results in:
* Missouri lost to a top team.
* Nebraska defeated a top team .
adding that to the other games, which include Missouri's win over a top
team (OU) and Nebraska's loss to an average team (TX), it would be odd
if Missouri wasn't rated higher.
Also note that the BCS computer rankings care little about
margin-of-victory (which makes them less accurate, but the humans
running the BCS wanted it that way).
