Conferences are usually pretty closed-mouthed on disciplining officials, though 
there have been exceptions.  

What we don't know exceeds what we do know here, and it's likely to stay that way.

Did the officials not see the hit?

Did they see the hit but not from a good angle?

Did they see the hit but decide (in a fraction of a second) that it was clean?

It seems to me like the NFL periodically fines players for plays that didn't
get flagged.
