[Husker] Players under NCAA rule in 2009 and 2010

College football referees should be getting suspended when they miss calls that are noticed on replays of game films. It would be essentially no different than what the Big 12 (or any other league) is doing here.

rule regarding targeted hits, including 3 suspensions by the Big Ten in 2009.
