[Husker] Linbackers/Defense/Martinez

[Steve Kauf]

Martinez is playing great - more drops and penalties are hurting them.  He does need to learn to take a sack - those throws while he is getting tackled are a disaster waiting to happen.

Would like to see Compton in there more, and move Gomes back to safety. Also, I still haven't heard about Whaley. Is he still on the team? 
 
I don't really think the Husker front 6 is overmatched, as some have stated. I just think they are not tackling well. 
 
Martinez is not having a very good game. He's had a couple of good runs, but not much else. His passing is erratic. We may see Lee in the second half.
